SAY celebrates One Crown Place completion.

The SAY team were delighted to celebrate One Crown Place welcoming its first residents in June, having achieved practical completion in May. The publication of the Building Safety Bill, this week, marked, what SAY hope will be an important step to ensuring the safety of residents in apartment blocks. The Building Safety Bill targets two transformational and interlinked areas; prioritising the residents’ voice and The Golden Thread. The latter is the digitally recorded details of a building’s design intent, construction and amendments passed from the duty holder in the design and construction phases to the responsible person during occupation.

The Inaugural Spirit of Barry Award awarded to Kemi

Barry Yudolph, Debra’s father and SAY’s credit controller sadly passed away from COVID on the 1st May 2020 at the age of 82. He disliked ‘boring’ retirement and thrived on having a purpose and therefore took a role as SAY’s credit controller. When chasing payments,  he charmed our clients, always interested in their businesses and the latest happenings. Barry showed the importance of embracing life. He will be missed by all at SAY and our clients.
