King’s Cross is a vibrant canalside estate of three million square feet of offices, 2,000 new homes, community facilities, schools, a world-renowned university, 26 acres of public space, parks and squares, together with Coal Drops Yard, shops, restaurants, bars, and cultural venues on a 67-acre site.

SAY has been privileged to work consistently with Argent on King’s Cross since 2014, providing a broad range of estate and residential strategic management consultancy support. Working on King’s Cross for over ten years has been a privilege, and we are proud to have played a small part in the creation of what we believe is the best example of placemaking in the UK.

We have probably provided all of our services to Argent over the years, sharing ideas, challenging expected outcomes, and developing a genuine partnership.
