SAY have extensive experience in the set up and ongoing management of service charge regimes and can advise on costs, market values, apportionments, void forecasting as well as reviewing costs and year end accounts in conjunction with the lease, legislation and best practice. SAY can also assist by providing advice and guidance on the reasonableness of charges and reviewing the communications provided for both service charge demands and accounts.
