Delivering up to 3,000 new homes, 100,000 sq ft of retail, leisure, entertainment, and community space, and £33 million towards transport improvements, Canada Water is a highly community-focused development.
SAY provided services including design for management, service charge calculations and apportionment, front and back of house space planning, management strategy, customer care procurement, and economies of scale considerations to enhance the project's efficiency and management.
