OVERVIEW

Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield’s (URW) Coppermaker's Square scheme, adjacent to Westfield Stratford City shopping centre, is one of the UK’s largest Build to Rent schemes.

A total of 1,225 apartments will be delivered across nine blocks, with a shared basement and a standalone amenity hub featuring a full leisure suite, flexible workspace, a bar/lounge, and management facilities.

SAY was appointed to advise URW in 2017 and delivered our full suite of Rental Living services across all aspects of the project until we procured and onboarded an operating partner ready for the launch in 2021.
