OVERVIEW

The Television Centre, West London, is a significant regeneration project that has transformed the iconic Grade II-listed former BBC headquarters into a vibrant mixed-use development.

The scheme includes 950 new homes, a hotel, and offices designed for the creative industries, reinforcing its legacy as a hub for media and innovation. Additionally, it offers a wide range of leisure facilities, such as restaurants, cafés, a gym, and even a members’ club, making it a lively destination in West London.

SAY’s role in the project was focused on managing the tendering process for the front-of-house services, ensuring the smooth setup and operation of the development’s services.
