Esme joined SAY in 2020 to establish SAY's mystery shopping service, hereSAY, with a mission to help Rental Living clients optimise and better understand their customer and brand experience.

Through hereSAY, Esme has been pivotal in providing actionable insights that enable clients to enhance the lead-to-lease journey, ensuring that every interaction reflects the highest standards of service and satisfaction. hereSAY has quickly become an essential tool in the Rental Living sector, used by many of the key players across Build to Rent, student housing, and later living sectors. Esme’s dedication to research and improving the built environment drives her to continuously explore new ways to elevate the customer experience.

Esme holds a 1st class honours degree in Sociology from the University of Bristol, which underpins her deep understanding of the social factors that influence the built environment. Prior to joining SAY, she was Head of Operations for a proptech business. She has also authored several whitepapers, contributing valuable thought leadership that continues to shape industry practices and the creation of better living spaces..
