Jenny is a Chartered Surveyor with RICS accreditation and over four years of experience in property management and consultancy, complemented by a first-class degree in Real Estate. For the past three years, she has been a vital member of SAY, contributing to both the mixed-use and later living teams.

Jenny is a leasehold specialist, equipped with in-depth knowledge of service charge compliance, the Landlord and Tenant Act, and resident consultation. Jenny specialises in the set up of residential and mixed-use assets and possesses extensive experience in mobilising prime central London properties. She has effectively led operational setup workstreams, which include estate management strategies, managing agent tenders, design for management, service charge advice, and overall operational strategies.
