Claire joined SAY in October 2024 and has 18 years of experience in the mixed-use industry including 7 years as an Associate Director at both Savills and Navana Property Group. She is a full Member of The Property Institute and a qualified Member of the RICS in Residential Surveying.

Claire’s background stems from Ballymore’s in-house asset management team where she became extremely familiar with complex estates, service charge budgets and the M&E equipment required to support communal systems. Claire is passionate about pre-development consultancy, ensuring developments are carefully designed and meaningfully managed. With an eye for detail and problem solving her specialisms lie within operational strategies, service charge budget formulation and mobilisation. Over the course of her career Claire has worked with notable developers such as Taylor Wimpey Central London, Berkeley Group, Muse, Ghelamco, Ballymore and Real Estate Meritas and brings a wealth of experience to the team.
