Coral joined SAY in November 2024 and has 10 years of experience in residential property management, specialising in the Later Living sector. She is a Fellow Member of The Property Institute (FTPI), and an Associate Members of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

In additional to her role at SAY, Coral is a member of The Property Institute Leasehold and Commonhold Expert Group, a board member for ARHM (Association Retirement Housing Managers) and most recently, has become an ambassador for Doyenne in Property – a networking group established to support women working in the property sector. Passionate about the residential property sector, and a keen eye for detail, Coral’s focus will centre on resolving technical leasehold and service charge issues.
