Alma is British Land's first Rental Living scheme, located in Aldgate Place and comprising of 159 homes within an existing mixed-use site.

SAY provided advice throughout the design, development, and delivery phases, including all forecasted operation income and costs, set up within an existing place, management-oriented design, and advice on amenities and services. SAY also conducted an extensive management tender, assisting British Land in selecting an operator and supporting the mobilisation ahead of the building's launch in summer 2024.
