Caspar has been a part of SAY for over 8 years, and is focused on helping develop places with sustainable, market leading operational strategies.

He leads SAY's teams in the rental living and later living sectors, and has extensive experience working with developers, operators and investors, helping to define and deliver their visions, and maximise the potential of their portfolios.

Caspar is passionate about the potential for the living sectors to make a positive impact across generations. He has worked with a variety developers and operators, from those delivering large landmark regeneration projects, to small start up operators. Caspar led the growth of SAY’s later living consultancy business, advising many of the largest names in the sector. He has extensive cross sector experience within rental living, working within BTR, co-living and single-family housing. Caspar is a Chartered Surveyor; he co-authored the Urban Land Institute’s “Housing with Care Guide”, and was selected by Property Week as one of their 2019 RESI Trailblazers.
