The regeneration of Elephant Park is spread across three sites: Elephant Park, Trafalgar Place, and One The Elephant. At its heart is a new 2-acre park, featuring 1,200 new trees and space for over 50 shops, restaurants, and cafes, including affordable retail spaces and up to 50,000 sq. ft. of workspace.

This project will deliver 3,000 new homes, with 25% designated as affordable housing, and is set to become the UK’s first Climate Positive development, promoting sustainability and green living.

SAY supported the Elephant Park regeneration by providing a range of management services, including estate management strategy, service charge calculations and apportionment, and management plans for the site’s setup. SAY also facilitated handover and vision workshops to ensure a smooth transition and long-term operational success.
