Bankside Yards is a 1.4m sq. ft. mixed-use development, reconnecting the space between the Tate Modern and Blackfriars Station.

The scheme features eight new buildings, including residential, office, and hotel spaces. Arbor, its first completed building, offers flexible workspaces, while Opus, a 50-storey residential tower, is set to launch in 2025. The project also includes a luxury hotel by Mandarin Oriental.

SAY’s provided a broad range of services to ensure that the estate and building management arrangements are effective and cost efficient to support the delivery of an exemplary scheme.
