The first new retirement community to be delivered by Retirement Villages Group, adding to their existing portfolio of leading villages.

SAY have provided RVG with assistance in setting up their internal mobilisation strategy, and team. Using our extensive experience of mobilising new schemes for operational handover, SAY provided RVG with detailed strategy input, including the creation of a tailored project plan and actions tracker, working with the different RVG teams to ensure a robust strategy is in place to achieve a successful handover from development to operational teams.
