CC Land and MARK’s prime mixed-use development, The Whiteleys, is a high-end estate located in Bayswater, adjacent to The Royal Parks (Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park) and vibrant Notting Hill. As one of London’s first department stores, the historic Grade II-listed landmark is steeped in heritage. The development will consist of 153 homes, London’s first Six Senses hotel with 110 rooms, 20 new stores and restaurants, and a series of large-scale public spaces. In addition, the onsite amenities (spa and massage rooms, a meditation room, music room) will be managed by Six Senses, together with a soft play space for children.
SAY provided essential services to ensure effective management and operational setup, including design-for-management, service charge calculations, mobilisation project management, and managing agent tendering. SAY also conducted handover workshops and created an occupier guide to facilitate the smooth operation of this prestigious development.
