OVERVIEW
Principal Tower is an iconic luxury 50-storey, 299-unit residential tower in Shoreditch, London, designed by Foster and Partners. The estate includes a listed commercial building, two affordable housing buildings managed by Notting Hill Genesis, and ground floor retail units.
Working with Brookfield, Concord Pacific, and W1, we provided support from pre-construction through to occupation. From design for management and service charge calculations to management tender and mobilisation management, we were a critical part of the delivery team.
We also procured the services of a customer care and aftercare team and provided first-year management oversight.
