OVERVIEW

This iconic mixed-use estate comprises two residential towers featuring 246 private residential homes, extensive residential amenity space, 150,000 sq ft of office space, 7,000 sq ft of retail space, and a 41-bedroom boutique hotel.

SAY were appointed by the developer MTD in 2016 and provided a wide range of services through detailed design, construction, and mobilisation. We worked closely with the development management team and the client, supporting them with design for management and service charge budgeting, management mobilisation, management tender and onboarding, interim asset management post-completion, and the procurement of a long-term asset management partner.
