In 2019, McCarthy & Stone announced the addition of a rental alternative within their extensive retirement living portfolio. Residents are now able to live in a McCarthy & Stone property and receive the support and care that comes with it without having to purchase a home.

SAY used our detailed knowledge of both the build-to-rent and retirement housing sectors to assist McCarthy & Stone with business planning, operational setup, and budgeting exercises, which facilitated and informed their strategic decision.
