OVERVIEW

Riverstone forward-purchased Berkeley Group and M&G’s £300 million retirement living scheme at Royal Warwick Square in Kensington.

190 later living apartments across two blocks have been delivered by Berkeley, with the scheme including amenities such as an on-site restaurant, leisure facilities, nursing and healthcare provisions, and landscaped gardens.

SAY provided support through a range of services, including creating operational budgets, planning for both front and back of house spaces, and developing strategies for management, energy solutions, and legal structuring. These services were designed to ensure the scheme's efficient management and the smooth operation of an exemplary later living development.
