OVERVIEW

Westminster City Council’s flagship estate regeneration scheme is a mixed-use estate delivered in two phases. The renewed Ebury Bridge estate will deliver approximately 758 homes, of which half will be affordable. The new homes for sale will be part of a holistic community with a range of tenure types, alongside new retail, leisure, and high-quality office space.

SAY has contributed to the project over many years, from early inception to completion, offering a wide range of services. Challenged to create a tenure-blind scheme that is affordable to all in a high-value location, our focus has been to ensure an efficient and sustainable management strategy.
