Dudley House is one of Westminster City Council’s flagship mixed-use schemes comprising 197 intermediate rented units alongside commercial units, a re-provided church, and a new state-of-the-art secondary school for Marylebone Boys’ School. Dudley House is groundbreaking in its focus on intermediate rented homes coexisting alongside a boys’ secondary school.

This scheme offers numerous benefits, including affordable housing options and enhanced community facilities, contributing to the area’s social and economic vitality. The inclusion of a new school significantly improves educational opportunities for local families, while the commercial units help stimulate local business growth.

SAY supported the Dudley House project from inception, working closely with the architects, the school, and Westminster City Council by delivering a range of essential services aimed at optimising operational efficiency and management, and creating an exemplary affordable housing development in Central London.
