The London Borough of Barnet partnered with three developers to deliver Build to Rent schemes across the borough, offering a mix of high-quality homes with designated affordable housing.

SAY is collaborating closely with the council and each developer to drive efficiencies in both design and management, ensuring a consistent approach across the projects. SAY's focus is on design principles, operational budgets, and management strategies. All workstreams are aimed at delivering long-term value to Barnet and providing lasting benefits to residents.
