OVERVIEW

Barking Riverside is the regeneration of a 440-acre brownfield site that will provide over 10,000 new homes. The construction of Barking Riverside is a joint venture between L&Q and the Greater London Authority.

This new town includes the installation of infrastructure to create a new transport hub in London that includes a new London Overground station and Thames Clipper Pier. There are also community spaces, a leisure centre, and a retail offer retail, making it one of London's newest neighbourhoods.

SAY supported the project by providing strategic advice alongside service charge costs and allocation, legal structure setup, and management resourcing for smooth project execution and management.
