Important Update from SAY
After 12 successful years of working together, Debra and Charles have decided to split the SAY business to focus on their own specialisms and maximise on the many exciting opportunities in the market.
From the 1st October, Charles will start a new venture called Inside the Box Advisory and he can be contacted by email at charles@itboxadvisory.co.uk. He will focus on building safety, cladding remediation, expert witness work and other services. Some of the SAY team who have specialised in these areas will be joining him.
SAY and its exceptional team will continue under Debra’s leadership, offering the same range of services but excluding those that Charles will focus on, as listed above.
We look forward to continuing to partner with our clients and collaborators to deliver outstanding residential led places by optimising operational strategies, design and cost management, and offering market leading insight.

Charles adds “It’s an exciting moment to be launching Inside the Box Advisory, a consultancy focusing on building safety compliance, with cladding, concrete and fire safety all featuring in the news daily.
We look forward to continuing to work with our existing cladding remediation clients and to building on the £83m we have helped secure from the government remediation funds and developers already, we will also be expanding the Building Safety Act support we offer to landlords and developers.
The SAY building safety team will be moving to Inside the Box and will continue to deliver sector leading advice and we will be strengthening our team with some expert consultants.
