Shilpa joined the SAY team back in 2021 to help support the growth of the business.

Shilpa has owned and operated her own businesses and now advises scaling businesses, helping owners growth barriers by implementing robust processes, technology and data. Before working with SAY and her other clients, Shilpa built up a comprehensive network of contacts as Operations Director at The Supper Club, a London based network for fast growing SME’s. She is a graduate of The Cranfield Business Growth Programme and The Harvard Programme on Negotiation.
