Sheliza joined Say in November 2024 and has 10 years experence in the property sector, specialising in operations and property management.

Before joining SAY, Sheliza started her early career within the Hotel industry, where she rapidly discovered her passion for operations, followed by time in the PBSA sector and finally coliving. Sheliza is deeply interested in the curation of coliving buildings and how to foster community through design, implementation and operational considerations.
