Richard started at SAY in 2022 having led the management teams of some of the most prestigious Mixed-Use Developments in London.

Richard has dedicated his entire career to working in the property management industry. His significant contributions include delivering and implementing full management services to an array of property types, including the management of retail tenants, mixed-use developments, and residential buildings. Richard is NEBOSH Health and Safety qualified and specialises in mixed-use management solutions, and he is leading the delivery of SAY's asset management services.
