Lexington Apartments is a central London development which was converted from an office built in 1998. The development consists of 90 apartments, retail spaces at the ground level and well-designed gardens.
SAY were appointed to assist with completing the application to the MHCLG cladding remediation fund. This included obtaining and uploading all information requested by the MHCLG, liaising with all members of the working party and arranging regular meetings, tracking and managing action points, arranging completion and signature of documents, completing conditions precedent prior to release of remediation funds and providing MHCLG with details to release funds.
