Stories has partnered with  the homelessness charity St Mungo’s to create a modern, high quality, fully accessible and flexible, self-contained homeless facility that will meet the future needs of the City of Westminster.  Designed by Stirling Prize winning architects Allford Hall Monaghan Morris the accommodation will include self-contained units, move on housing units, as well as a communal space to accommodate St Mungo’s outreach work and other community uses. This will be facilitated through the release of part of the site for a high quality mixed use, residential-led development of c.80 units with significant levels of affordable housing. The site is currently in the pre-planning phase.

“Debra and the SAY team are the residential management experts and we’re grateful to have them helping us design a scheme that will actually function in use. For as long as I have known Debra she has been immensely supportive and goes out of her way to help the business and do good in the world.”
