Lee Rickers

Lee joined SAY in 2024 and has over 15 years of property sector experience, including almost 5 years as an Associate Director at The Portman Estate and as an Operations Manager at The Berkeley Group.

Lee worked within the Facilities Management Team at the Portman Estate, where he undertook managing a mixed-use portfolio, ensuring compliance to both the Building Safety Act 2022 and the Fire Safety Act 2021. During his time at Berkeley, Lee worked for social housing and student accommodation providers and has mobilised numerous schemes in collaboration with developers and project teams. Lee is a member of the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management and is currently undertaking his APC with RICS within the FM pathway.
