Exciting New Talent and Promotions Strengthen SAY Team

SAY is thrilled to announce exciting additions to our team and celebrate the promotion of a key leader within the organisation. With new hires across our Mixed-Use, Rental Living, and Later Living sectors, alongside a strategic leadership appointment, SAY is poised for even greater achievements in the consultancy space.

Claire Savill joined our Mixed-Use team in October 2024, bringing a wealth of experience from her time with Ballymore’s in-house asset management team. Her expertise spans managing complex estates, formulating service charge budgets, and handling M&E systems for communal facilities. Claire’s passion for pre-development consultancy ensures that projects are well-designed and operationally efficient. Her attention to detail and problem-solving skills will enhance SAY’s operational strategies, service charge budget formulation, and mobilisation services.

We are equally delighted to welcome Coral Harvey, who comes with a decade of experience in residential property management, specialising in the Later Living sector. Coral is a Fellow Member of The Property Institute (FTPI) and an Associate Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). In addition to her role at SAY, she is a member of The Property Institute Leasehold and Commonhold Expert Group, a board member for ARHM, and an ambassador for Doyenne in Property, a network supporting women in the property industry. Coral’s meticulous approach and dedication to resolving technical leasehold and service charge issues will bring tremendous value to our clients.

Joining SAY in November 2024, Sheliza Jafferali brings 10 years of experience in property, starting her career in the hotel industry before transitioning to the PBSA (Purpose-Built Student Accommodation) sector and co-living. Sheliza’s passion lies in curating co-living environments and fostering community through thoughtful design and operations. Her expertise in property management and operations will strengthen SAY’s ability to deliver exceptional results for clients.

In a strategic move, SAY is also proud to announce the promotion of Caspar Courage to Director of Rental & Later Living. Caspar’s impressive track record includes working with developers, operators, and investors to help them define and achieve their visions. A Chartered Surveyor and co-author of the Urban Land Institute’s Housing with Care Guide, Caspar was recognised as one of Property Week’s 2019 RESI Trailblazers. His leadership has been pivotal in growing SAY’s Later Living consultancy. In his expanded role, Caspar will oversee both Rental and Later Living, ensuring excellence across these dynamic markets.

With Caspar’s leadership and the addition of Claire, Coral, and Sheliza, SAY’s team is stronger than ever. Combining deep industry knowledge with operational expertise, SAY is equipped to navigate the complexities of the property landscape and deliver innovative solutions for our clients. We look forward to the exciting opportunities and impactful results that this talented team will bring. Welcome to SAY!
