URW’s Cherry Park scheme, adjacent to Westfield Stratford City shopping centre, will be one of the UK’s largest Build to Rent schemes upon completion in 2025. A total of 1,225 apartments will be delivered across nine blocks, with shared basement and a standalone amenity hub featuring a full lesiure suite, flexible workspace, a bar/lounge and management faciltites.
