Barry Yudolph (Debra’s father) sadly passed away from COVID on the 1st May 2020 and he will be missed by all at SAY and many of our clients.

2020 was challenging for everyone and SAY, like many other businesses have had to learn to how to work remotely. As a business that thrives on collaboration, being apart is tough but we are fortunate to have the systems in place to find new ways of working.
We have been working with landlords, managing agents and Residents’ Management Companies, supporting them to submit claims to both the ACM and Non-ACM funds. To date our team has assisted clients in securing approximately £6m of remediation funding from the ACM Fund and we are actively working on several claims.
Do Some Good is an initiative founded by Debra Yudolph to find and offer volunteering and pro bono opportunities for people working in Real Estate. It was created in direct response to MIPIM being cancelled in 2020 due to the pandemic and to encourage attendees with unexpected free diary times to “Do Some Good”.
Following the Grenfell Tower Fire and tragedy, the Government proposed fundamental changes to the draft Building Safety Bill, and introduced the concept of ‘the golden thread of information’ and stressed the importance of resident engagement.
