We have been working with landlords, managing agents and Residents’ Management Companies, supporting them to submit claims to both the ACM and Non-ACM funds. To date our team has assisted clients in securing approximately £6m of remediation funding from the ACM Fund and we are actively working on several claims.
We act as project manager, liaising with the numerous parties involved. We have developed expertise navigating the extremely complex Government cladding remediation funding applications process. The great news is that the Government recognise the need for our expert support and as a result, our fees have been reimbursed to our clients by the Fund. We believe passionately that there needs to be resolution to residents living in potentially unsafe buildings. We have been actively engaging with Government and Charles Seifert has written cladding related articles that have appeared in Property Week, Estates Gazette, Housing Today and ARMA Quarter Day. |
