Former headquarters of the National Cash Register (NCR), this 1930’s 120,000 sq ft HQ building will be known as the Patterson Building in homage to the founder of NCR. The building benefits from 20,000 sq ft floor plates, a reception totalling over 4,500 sq ft fronting onto Marylebone Road and over 10,000 sq ft of external terraces including a spectacular 2,000 sq ft communal top floor terrace.
SAY’s input has involved providing design for management advice to the developer from RIBA Stages 2-4.
