One Crown Place


MTD’s forthcoming mixed-use development is located within the urban block bound by Wilson Street, Earl Street, Sun Street and Crown Place, within the Borough of Hackney. The completed estate will comprise: two residential towers of 29 and 33 storeys above ground / mezzanine level, 246 private residential units, extensive residential amenity space, three different types of office space with approximately 150,000 sq. ft of floorspace in total, 7,000 sq. ft. of retail space, and a 41 bedroom boutique hotel.

SAY have been involved with the development since 2016, providing wide ranging services, including design for management and service charge budgeting. SAY are also instructed to run the residential management mobilisation process in the lead up to completion, having overseen the appointment of a residential managing agent.
