Westminster City Council’s flagship regeneration scheme is a mixed-use estate delivered in two phases. The renewed Ebury Bridge estate delivers approximately 758 homes, of which half will be affordable. New homes for sale and rent will make up a holistic community with a range of tenure types, alongside new retail, leisure and high-quality office space.
