The Landsby is a high-end housing with care scheme, developed and operated by Elysian Residences, and is their first scheme to be delivered. The Stanmore development comprises 102 residential assisted living units over seven storeys. Residential amenity is provided in the form of a resident’s lounge, a café, a restaurant, function rooms and a gym.
SAY provided design for management advice to Elysian, and have subsequently assisted in setting up the operational cost recovery strategy for the scheme. Following the provision of initial service charge budgets, SAY have provided advice on the various merits of fixed versus variable service charge regimes, in order to deliver the best product possible and ensure full cost recovery.
