Purfleet Centre Regeneration Limited (PCRL), is a partnership with Thurrock Council to deliver a £1bn regeneration project in Purfleet. The development will provide a creative hub including 1,000,000 square feet of film and TV production studios and 2,850 new homes. SAY are supporting the developer by creating the estate service charge apportionment methodology and model.
