Principal Tower is a luxury 50-storey 299 unit residential tower in Shoreditch, London designed by Foster and Partners. Completed in 2019, the residential estate includes a listed commercial building, two affordable blocks managed by Notting Hill Genesis and ground floor retail units.

SAY provided design for management advice during the preconstruction phase,  mobilisation management and also ran the tender for the block and estate managing agents, and for the customer care and aftercare services.
