Before joining SAY in June 2021 as a Consultant, Irene worked as an Analyst in the Hospitality Asset Management team at Colliers. During this time, Irene analysed and produced hotels’ P&L’s, as well as monthly and quarterly reports for a range of clients in the team’s portfolio of over 30 hotels across Europe and the UK. She also produced several interesting research papers and articles, some of which were published: UK Hotels Market & Recovery Index 2020 and UK Staycations 2021: A Year of Opportunities.

Prior to Colliers, Irene worked in the Retail Management team at JLL , where she was heavily involved in the production of the OSCAR report, a very well-known benchmark report that analyses service charge data across shopping centres and retail parks in the UK. Irene also has experience in the residential sector, having worked for some Estate Agents including Foxtons.

Originally from Spain, where she completed her honours degree in Economics, Irene has been in London since 2013. She also holds an MBA. Irene will utilise her research and data analysis skills gained through her educational background and work experience to help the business grow.
