David joined SAY in 2014 as a Graduate Consultant and in 2018 he was promoted to Associate.
With over six years’ consultancy experience largely focused on Build to Rent operations, design and market reporting consultancy, David also works on developer bids for large mixed-use estate regeneration projects, providing strategic estate management consultancy, legal structure advice and operational budgeting.
David recently worked on a project for Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield where SAY provided operational budgeting, lettings and marketing, and management set up advice for URW’s 1,200 unit Cherry Park scheme in preparation for its acquisition by the Cherry Park Partnership, a £670m JV between URW, PSP Investments and QuadReal.
Other recent work includes U&I’s bid to JV with Diageo to regenerate the historic St James’s Gate brewery in Dublin, Westminster City Council’s regeneration of the Ebury Bridge Estate and British Land’s BTR scheme at Aldgate Place.
David is passionate about Build to Rent and the role it can play in creating long-term, well-balanced, happy communities whilst providing a realistic solution to the UK’s housing crisis.
