Damon joined SAY  after completing his postgraduate degree at Oxford Brookes University in Real Estate. Prior to this, he completed his BA (Hons) in History at the University of Hull.

Damon decided to pursue a career in property after an extensive amount of reading surrounding topics like PropTech and the developing BTR sector. Damon has been published on EGi, after coming runner-up in a student essay competition. Titled “the future of Real Estate: a postgraduate outlook”, Damon presented his views on the EGi article titled “the future of Real Estate” and gave his own insight into how property is changing and how it should change in the medium/long term.
