Kemi Oguntoye

Kemi Oguntoye is an award-winning residential and mixed use Chartered Surveyor who leads on our estate set up and asset management work. Drawing on her international, cross-sector experience, she operates best with complex, fast-moving developers and landlords.

She has a wealth of specialist experience working with high-profile clients, who are delivering England’s leading new neighbourhoods. She has a strong client focus and is passionate about thoughtful regeneration, inclusive place making, improving outcomes for residents and enhancing the developer’s reputation throughout the entire lifecycle of the development.

She is a NED committee member on Notting Hill Genesis’ Operations Committee, a board member for Women in Social Housing: London, a member on the BPF’s Building Safety Sounding Board and a former Diversity and Inclusivity board member for the British Property Federation. She is also a volunteer reviewer for cancer support charity Macmillan and co-authored the Management and Operations chapter of the Urban Land Institutes 2019 ‘Housing With Care Guide’.

In 2019, Kemi was selected as one of the top 49 women who will change the future of real estate by BISNOW. In 2017, she was the winner of the BPF’s rising star award.
