SAY celebrates One Crown Place completion.
The SAY team were delighted to celebrate One Crown Place welcoming its first residents in June, having achieved practical completion in May. SAY are thrilled to have formed part of such a brilliant team, and are excited to have been appointed to provide an ongoing asset management role for MTD Group.
Located in Shoreditch, the £518 million mixed-used scheme delivers 246 private apartments across two towers as well as 140,000 sq ft of office space, retail and a boutique hotel. One Crown Place residents have access to a wide range of Studio Ashby designed facilities including a residents lounge and kitchen, private dining, screening room and gym.
