Kiara joined SAY in 2018 having worked at Ballymore for over ten years where she has gained a broad understanding of property management alongside her paralegal expertise.

Having studied Psychology and Criminology at University, Kiara started her career in property working for a solicitor and residential conveyancer. After a year with the company, Kiara left to take a role with Ballymore Properties where she became responsible for managing a varied selection of properties, ranging from 22 unit conversions, to luxury central London new build developments.
It was during this time that Kiara began to specialise in lease enquires and breaches of lease across the portfolio as well as taking on a key role in successfully defending three FTT applications and she was promoted to Legal Services Manager ensuring lease compliance across the portfolio of over 3000 apartments across seven developments, as well as ensuring that service charge demands, Section 20 consultations and various communications regarding the terms of the lease were provided to the residents.

In her final year at Ballymore, Kiara qualified as a paralegal and we were delighted that she chose to use her extensive management and legal experience working at SAY.

Kiara is a cladding remediation expert and leads on project managing applications for our clients. She has helped residents claim over £10 million  from the ACM Fund and is coordinating  more than 10 multimillion projects for the Non ACM Fund.
